This one is pretty straight foward. After game completion you can enter binary code 0110 0101 to unlock
"Close Combat Mode".
"Close Combat Mode" requires you to use your knife to kill a certain number of foes prior to continuing to the next section. The required kills will be displayed in the upper corner of the screen for reference. Each time you kill a foe it will decrease by 1. I recommend the easist difficulty of course for this.
NOTED:
You can start "CCM" and then quit out after the cut scene with the SWAT team in your apartment. After the cut scene when you see the save game displayed on the screen, quit out. Then reload chapter select for the final level in the
"Bell Tower". Finish the level and kill the immortal to unlock the achievement.

I can confirm that adwaChina is right,It does work for the xbox 360. so if anyone thought it was Eiffy dont worry its true

Has this been patched? I can't for the life of me get it to trigger, even though I do everything correctly. I got the headshot one to ding just fine using the same method, but for some reason it won't let me get the close combat cheevo...
