You'll get this during Mission 5: Shut the Fuck Up.
As soon as the level starts, go forward and kill the three regular flunkies. Turn around and look up onto the second floor and you should see someone hunched over a computer desk. She becomes much more visible of you just use a curve bullet lock to make her appear. Kill her and get the achievement.

Nice one, I like it when ppl explain what to do as apposed to watching a video, p.s. my computer is sometimes too slow for videos, so nice one for the little short explanation.
