The Best place I found to get this achievement is wherever you find multiple enemies hanging and shooting at you.
For instance, I obtained this achievement while climbing the stairs at the end of the final level, there were several times when two guys were hanging from the ceiling.
To pull off the shot, target one of the enemies with the bullet curve, then angle the trajectory so that i passes through another enemies head. Both enemies are in the bullet's flight path when they both show up as gray.

That's where I got it too! I was going to post that. ;)

I got it on the 1st level where you are cross there is a person behind some stairs and further down the ramp there is another and behind them is a blockage I just aimed at the one at the back and curved it through the one closest to me XD
