Build up some units in your base, and attack renegade units you can handle until the achievement unlocks. The easiest way to find enemies is by going to 'Missions', select the 'World Map' tap, and hit 'Go' next to the mission 'Defeat More Renegade Units'. Remember you need a commander to lead your troops. It shouldn't take more than two or three fights.
