Best way to get this is to play ranked. More rounds and lots of people don't realize they need to buy armor and helmets.
I think the best weapons to use are the Burst SMGs:
SIG MPX SBR and PM-84 Glauberyt.
The guns have little recoil, and if you keep pulling the trigger, they shoot as fast as a full-auto gun.
If your team is up by a few rounds, let the bomb blow up on purpose or purposely get killed to give you more tries.

+1 for gun choice. Did this on team death match event as the games are slightly longer
