There are five maps. Oasis, Facility, Storage, City, and Sandstorm.
Simply win 1 game on each map and your achievement will unlock.
It may help to write down which maps you have completed.

I messaged one of the developers on Reddit last Friday and today I got a message back from them saying they are looking into it

Game was updated today. Reported on Reddit they fixed the achievement. Testing now

I can confirm the achievement pops correctly now. Sadly you have to win on all five original maps again, even if you did so before.

Looks like it was fixed. Checking the most recent winners, Feb 11th was the first in over a month, then some more, with several on Feb 28th. Just need the flags updated for the achievement to remove the Discontinued flag.

Is City still in the rotation? Played like 60 matches but the map never showed up.
EDIT: Found the Map. Seems like way more common in Casual.

Okay, a well deserved update to the above comment, if you do the quit out win, it counts the win, but not the map win. Please don't question why, but just note that this is exactly how convoluted the game is.

The achievement hasn’t been unlocked since the update on December 22nd. I personally have won on each of the original maps countless times, and it will not unlock.
