At the start of any round, select equipment and buy a grenade for 300CR. Then, simply press RB while looking at the direction you want to throw it.
If it lands in proximity of an enemy, you should get a notification that you have killed an enemy with a grenade.
At the end of the game, your achievement will unlock.
