For this achievement, you must get what is commonly known as an Ace.
You must kill the entire enemy team in a single round.
This is very difficult to get, as teammates can steal kills, or players may quit on the enemy team.
I recommend flanking from behind and racking up on kills.
Note: the enemy team HAS to have 5 players for this achievement to be doable.

Just achieved this on the snow level. On the first round with handguns, chose the automatic pistol and rushed the base. No doubt luck is involved!

This is pretty easily achieved in a team death match limited mode. As long as you do pretty well and try to keep circling the map for enemies.
