This one was a bit buggy for me did it several times in normal games didn't unlock. Did it in a session didn't unlock. Then after defusing 5 in a row in a session it unlocked. So may just have to keep trying if it doesn't work the first time

Does this mean non of your team can take damage? Enemy planted the bomb we killed all 5 opposition and defused the bomb. Achievement did not unlock.
