Quick tip: if you want to keep track of this achievement, look under Progress > Badges (middle column) > look for the one called Corpsman. That will tell you where you are so far. I'm pretty sure only healing teammates with health packs count, but revives may as well. If anyone knows for sure, let me know in the comments.
