How to unlock the Buddy Up achievement in Warface - Definitive Guide

At the main menu of the game click profile then on the next menu a clans option should appear, simply click on clans and scroll to the bottom to find the create clan option, you can either make your own clan, Which will cost you $2500 or play well enough and someone should send you a clan invite.

You should add that you need $2500 to create a clan. I just tried and didn't have enough money.
