Very basic and simple. You can either go through any level and do a co-op climb at your leisure or boost this on one climbable wall repeatedly for the achievement. Unless it gets patched, this is achievable in either Co-op or versus (Thanks to Aj6627).

A note: it says this must be done in coop, but I just had it unlock after doing a teammate climb in Arm the Bomb.

The easiest way I have found to do this is to grab a friend. Go up to the wall to initiate the climb and hold X to kneel. Now Hold X again to change the type of climb you do so you do not follow your teammate up. Just have your friend run up to you and hold X. Have it drop back down and repeat until the achievement pops. Should go by very, very fast. Happy Hunting!
