just do initiation mission A or B (whichever is easier) but have a friend join your lobby, just play through the mission until the end and your achievement should pop.

do you have to be leader of the lobby or something? i have done tons of co op and never gotten this

hm.. i got this without being the host on just one of the initiation missions. maybe its glitched, maybe try it while being the leader of the lobby and make sure you stay till your back in the menu, PM me if you need somone to do this with
