You can get this is any mission including the intro missions. when the girl says get to the choppa a hud icon will pop. sprint to it whilst hipfiring anybody in your way. the heli comes twice but only the second one matters. twice per mission!!!!

note* i am writing this on monday. i played sunday and was the first into the chopper both times it came. i didnt pop for me until i played monday (the day im writing this)

It doesn't matter which helicopter in what co-op mission, just run as fast as you can when the green "evac" Symbol pops.
Not very hard, it just depends who's first.
