I feel this is incorrectly listed and should read, 'finish a coop mission with NO one on your teaming being knocked down or killed.'

You need to complete a coop mission with any number of players and no one should be knocked down or killed throughout the entire mission.

I completed a several missions where 'I' was never knocked down or killed and I never got this achievement. Then I completed a coop mission with 3 others and NONE of us were knocked down or killed and I got the achievement.

i got this by playing the first path a game on easy , just take your time work with team mates and you will get it easy enough..

I can confirm that your teammates do NOT need to survive the round with you. I just got this achievement and at the final screen I had one teammate with three deaths and one with two. I think the trick that some people are missing is that you can't die OR BE KNOCKED DOWN. When those shield guys rush you, if they knock you down, even if you live, you fail the achievement. Hang back and let the rest of the team do the work. Be a medic or engineer so you can provide support. And, of course, it's easiest on regular.
