I have some decent equipment. I'm MR28, I just started tuning out around the Deimos update (I did the intro story missions).

I just managed to do the PC version of this killing Juggernauts on Eris while running relics. It's easy to get them to spawn there and you can even use Pherliac pods to force spawn them. Might be worth trying to see if this works on the Xbox version too.

Might be worth trying the Arcane Bounty which can be started after completing a vault and exiting it. One of the objectives you can get is to guard a Juggernaut variant ending with you killing it, it might count towards the kills? All of my Juggernaut kills just came from protecting the bait station or having them spawn during a Iso Vault run.

Well the cheevo does say kill 5 IN Cambion Drift. I tried a different world and it didn't count. These things won't pop for me despite what bounty I choose...

The best advice I can give is to just keep at it, or work on other Cambion Drift achievements and just keep an eye out for them. The problem is it relies a lot on RNG, I have not found a single method to guarantee spawns other than a previous comment mentioning Heart of Deimos gives three

I for some reason got the Achievement today while doing Exterminate Fissure on Saxis Eris. Everytime a Juggernaut spawned and me / our team killed it it got me progress towards the Achievement even though it wasn't a missing on Deimos. Not sure if it is supposed to be like this, since I tried it earlier on Eris by just killing Juggernauts but it wouldn't count for me. But it did once the mission type was a Fissure.

Maybe I fell lucky given the ratio of this achievement, but I got all 5 just by playing the story mission today.

I had absolutely no spawns doing any activity in Cambion Drift. I only got spawns while the Vome cycle was active and doing Iso vault bait step. So if you're not getting it either maybe they only appear in Vome.

Before I was able to access Elite Sanctuary Onslaught missions, my favorite way to rank up new gear was to fly around the Drift targeting Eximus enemies and I found that Juggernauts appear during both Vome and Fass. They're on the rare side but still I got 3 out of my 5 that way.

If you have not completed the heart of Deimos quest, there are 3 Juggernauts in the final part of the quest. Unfortunately this particular quest is not repeatable.

That Isolation Vault guide is a good one. Long story short, talking to Mother in the Necralisk(or in the open world) will show a list of available bounties you can accept, most of which cycle on a timer. The bottom three should be the Isolation Vault bounties, which are a series of tasks you have to complete to first gain access to, clear out and then loot the vaults. As far as difficulty goes they range from quite easy and soloable for even new players to difficult and better taken on in a group until you are better equipped.

The biggest tip I can give is to bring a strong gun with Punch Through for fighting the Necramechs you find inside the vault. They can only be harmed by attacking their weakpoints, the biggest of which is on their back. Being able to shoot it from the front via punch-through is very helpful.
