How to unlock the No Brainer achievement in Warframe - Definitive Guide
Ok so the easiest way to do this I found by accident.
You need 2 players for this method. What you want to do is have the host get a headshot, then player 2 runs through the game killing everyone else any way he or she wishes. You need to leave 1 enemy left, you(player2) then go to the dashboard, close Warframe and restart it. It will ask you once logged back in if you wish to reconnect to your lost party, say yes.
Once you re-join, headshot the last enemy...ignore Vor if he's there and run to extract. Since you "disconnected"...all enemies you killed no longer appear to count as the stats are whiped. So you and the host should only have 1 kill each and both are headshots.
Tested this, worked for me and my brother.
Note. I believe this needs to be done twice...I don't think the Host will get the achievement because to him the kills still count but they wont for the returning player because to him he's starting fresh.
Added tips and comments.
-Need 2 people
-Host doesn't get achievement
-Use Loki to stay invisible to make this really really easy
-Energy restores are useful to keep your energy up to stay cloaked or use Loki prime to get energy from death orbs.
-While you are player 2(not the host) make sure to destroy traps on your way through so the one guy you leave alive doesn't decide to take a stroll and walk into a death orb laser.
-Staying cloaked helps you keep away from annoying Corrupted Vor.
-Bring a good/strong headshot weapon and check after your kill to make sure it registered as this game seems to have issues with registering headshots from time to time.
-Obviously don't leave your 1 target left something like an Ancient, MOA, or Drone. Lancers and Corpus Crewman are the weakest and easier to headshot.
Goodluck and let me know if this is not working for you.

I wonder if this would work with 4 players, 3 drop out?

Hi. I "cheat" this achivement with Loki, Amprex and Ballistica. Without Sentinels. You need to kill just 1 enemy with 1 headshot. And lat the rest kill themself. Use Amprex with extrem small radiation damage 16,5, but dont forget this +100% status duration mod for rifles (sorry dont know the name calls "Anhaltendes Elend" in german). Just make 1 headshot, run to the extraction point and lat captain Vor kill the rest. You dont need to kill Vor. I hope that was helpfull and i am sorry for my bad english x3 ;)

Here is a few tips I got from experimenting yesterday. This is easier done solo and you have more control of the situations. I used loki prime, ratka ballistica, amprex (max continous misery, max high voltage, max malignant force and unmaxed wildfire) and got radiation to 13.5. I would agreed with the other comments to keep quitting the game until you get an enemy count between 125-130. Get your 1 headshot early on in the game. Focus on using the amprex on the corrupted bombards and heavy gunners to take out the other enemies. Don't use the amprex on Vor and the bomards/heavy gunners as Vor will damage them and you need them more than Vor to help you take out the enemies. Use Vor to take out the lower tier enemies faster. Try to amprex the bombards/heavy gunners near the shield nullifiers to take them out as those are the most annoying to deal with. It is extremely important that you explore the entire area and activate all the lasers in the area as that is what will take out the majority of the enemies. The amprex should be used mostly in areas where there are no lasers. Now what saved me is that there is a hidden treasure room in the void that is full of lasers. This is the room the has mid and high level lasers that can easily take out the flying drones (and other enemies). You can lure the drones and nullifiers using loki disguise with ease (I personally had the drones as the last enemies to deal with) in this room. You should go into this with 4 revives stocked on health, shield, and energy reserves. The reason solo is easier is that you do have full control but more importantly if you do mess up early you can quit and still save the key. Also if you fail the mission attempting this solo you will also save the key not matter the time duration. However if you play as a team and attempt this you WILL LOSE THE KEY after 5 minutes of play unless the entire team uses all there revives. You will not save the key even if you quit after 5 minutes of play as a team. I'm not sure if you will get the achievement if you die and the others members successfully extract. I do know you don't get the end reward if you die and the others extract on any exterminate
If you attempt this on a team I would suggest to use a loki, gmag, nyx (preferably prime so you can get energy from the orbs). You can only use Nyx mind control ONCE on any enemy and the kill will not count against you, however if you use it again on the same it will count as a kill. I would max the duration and range on Nyx and use the mind control Augment from the syndicate to take full advantage of this, however you need to keep track of the enemies you use this ability on. I used this on the heavy gunners and bombards and it works wonders on the other enemies then used the amprex as usual to finish of the rest. Mag is useful as you can use greedy pull to pull the enemies near the lasers and take them out quicker. You could use limbo (banish) in combination with Nyx and Mag abilities so they are not injured as they draw the enemies near the lasers or mind control them. Any other frame my prove to be more of a liablity then help.

"I used loki prime, ratka ballistica, amprex (max continous misery, max high voltage, max malignant force and unmaxed wildfire) and got radiation to 13.5."
I just thought I'd mention the build I used while the frame is the same since Loki Prime is still the most useful the weapons are set-up a tad differently, maybe it can be of use.
Main: Amprex (2 Forma) -- I had it at this level anyway but you don't necessarily HAVE to do it just for the sake of the achievement.
Mods: High Voltage, Vile Acceleration, Sinister Reach, Rifle Ammo Mutation, Thermite Rounds, Continuous Misery, Rifle Aptitude, Hush (All Maxed). The reason I have the amprex set up like this is so you can fire it off at enemies from a greater distance while invisible plus the silent effect from Hush makes it so they don't start firing in your direction. It also has a Status Proc chance of 89.3% so you just have to tap it lightly most times to trigger the Radiation effect.
Also I swapped out the Rakta Ballistica for a Lex Prime instead as there were times when down to the last enemy in an area and if you use the former it's possible that you run the risk of setting off the Viral explosion effect.
Everything else though is spot on though.

**UPDATE--Still works 2-11-2017
**Solution updated September '16 due to major updates.
NOTE: The new requirement for this achievement is to "complete a Void Fissure mission with an enemy level of 30 or higher with only headshots." It is confirmed that the same method used previously for T4's works still! However, it does NOT work in Void Fissure missions for some reason.
Having helped others get this many times now, here's the easiest way to get the achievement:
1. The host can't get the achievement this way, so take turns.
2. Guest who needs the achievement joins Host in a lobby.
3. Host starts up Void node Oxomoco(thanks Morf55!).
4. Host gets 1 headshot then stops killing(confirm the headshot worked, in the progress menu!) -- If the headshot didn't count, then abort/retry.
3. Guest kills everything else then dashboards.
4. Guest rejoins then both players extract.
*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Guest rejoins and dashboards again before extracting just to make sure the stats are erased!*
Note: If you are having the rare trouble of getting Host to stay host due to forced host migration to Guest at the start, then have Host start the mission, not kill anything, and wait for Guest(s) to join. (Credit to Humpyrdon)
This takes advantage of the games auto-rejoin feature which will give you the option to rejoin whichever game you were just in. It's very handy if you get disconnected legitimately, and in this case, VERY handy if you disconnect intentionally!
Guest needs to be powerful enough in order to kill the level 30-35 enemies.
Hope this helps!
Host can shoot multiple times, and the same enemy more than once--the only thing that matters is that the number of kills and headshots are exactly the same.

Does that means it's obtainable again?
By Shadow 00 Fox on 13 Sep 2016 20:11
Yeah some has got it since the update.
By Hybridchld on 14 Sep 2016 03:30
FIXED as of 13/09/16
The requirement is now reads'' completing any Void Fissure Exterminate mission with an enemy level of 30 or higher and headshots only."
However as thatNoseyParker discovered it doesn't actually work in fissure missions, its needs to be Void missions. He's recommends the node Oxomoco.
The method in Shadow 00 Fox's solution still works for the new requirements.
___________________________________________________________
As of 16/08/16 this achievement is unobtainable!
The changes to the void in the "Spectors of The Rail" update means that T4 Exterminate missions no longer exist.
The dev's are working on a rework to the achievement that will be coming in a later update.
They have no time frame on how long this will take but they are pretty good at fixing such things so it shouldn't take too long.

what a way to complicate yourself with this super easy achievement ... alone and the first time ... you enter you shoot a man in the head ... you flee and you look for lasers ... they go to do the dirty work ... 15 minutes and pop 150 G ... no special mods ... no special warframes ... no weird tactics ... oh yes ... and no need to be with someone ...
After getting this to pop about 10 minutes ago I thought I'd write an updated solution as I didn't not feel it was clear on other solutions with out going through the comments and kinda figured it out myself by accident
void missions had another change and as such this can be achieved MUCH easier now using essentially the same method outlined above with a slight difference and from what I could tell is almost foolproof
For clarification you still need 2 players and the host still does not pop the achievement so will need to be done at least twice for both if both players need it
We did this on Oxomoco in the Void on the branch from Neptune which is a level 30-35 mission
Once in the game you do he following
- Host gets the first headshot kill
- 2nd player then kills the rest
- Once Lotus tells you extraction is available the 2nd player (not host) goes to dashboard and quits the game
- Load the game back up and it will prompt you to rejoin your previous squad
- After rejoining the 2nd player gets a headshot kill and you can then extract
The achievement should pop on the rewards screen
It no longer matters about be careful to leave the last enemy alive
Exterminate missions now continue to spawn enemies past the required number of kills for completion until you extract
This allows the 2nd player unlimited attempts to kill an enemy with a headshot rather than having to do an entirely new run

I just unlocked this achievement solo and legitimately. It is doable, but it takes time and lots of patience.
I made my run with a Loki Warframe, max rank with no added polarity and nothing special in the way of mods or arcanes. My weapon was a Vulkar sniper for the zoom in capability of the scope. (My first ten runs or so, I had no idea you could zoom in with the scope). I had just added a second polarity and thought I was going to make some runs to rank it back up. I had a level 8 Rupture slotted, a Level 9 Piercing Hit (Polarized), and a Level 10 Serration (Polarized). I ran the Oxomoco node in the void.
My strategy
First: Stay off the ground find ledges and places to get up high with some cover. When possible hunt out the dead end loot rooms with the laser ball in the back. There is a ledge that runs along the perimeter of the room you can get to.
Additionally, whenever the laser balls are nearby, use them to your advantage. The kills these get do not count against you. They can also help to thin out the swarms of Orikin Drones that start to build up and can help take out harder to kill enemies.
Second: Loot as much as you can, whenever you can, to keep your sniper ammo up. The big loot rooms can be a big help with resupplying. During a few of my runs, I ended up running out of sniper ammo and it was a major pain.
Third: Do not equip a companion.
Fourth: Of course, Grineer and Corpus can be headshot; but so can the Fusion Moa, the Terra Attack Drones and the Toxic Ancient. The Moa headshot is the small rectangular area just below flat part under the laser. The Attack Drone headshot is the pincer like area. The Ancient headshot is just above the tentacles.
Fifth: Lure high heath enemies into the lasers whenever possible. If the enemy can takes more than two or three headshots to go down then you are wasting ammo.
Sixth: Do not rush your shots. Wait for enemies to stop moving. Watch their animations an wait for the best headshot chance. After a few kills pause and check the mission results and right trigger to check the stats. Kills and head shots should be the same. If you miss a head head abort the mission and retry. I probably had 2 dozen or more attempts at this. Nothing is more frustrating that to be at 90 to 100 kills and you mess up a headshot.
On my final run, my target extermination goal was 143 enemies. My head shot count was 87 kills with 56 kills from lasers or enemies getting confused and killing each other.
Once you get your extraction indicator, get the hell out of Dodge and do not try to rack up additional kills.
Hope this helps. if you want to know what mods and arcanes I had installed on my warframe let me know and I will add them to this guide.

Ex6's solution still works as of today!
Here's the link again: https://www.ex6.eu/2017/09/warframe-how-to-solo-no-brainer.h...
ALL CREDIT FOR THE SOLUTION GOES TO Ex6, this is NOT MY solution.
I just wanted to add a tipp to make it even easier:
Take Ivara and use her Noise Arrows to lure enemies into the lasers, which Oxomoco has lots of since it's located in the Void. That being said, you'll want the biggest range you can put on, to alert as many enemies as you can at once. Also, a large energy pool helps.
Laser kills will count towards your level completion, but will not mess up your headshot counter.

Mission Oxomoco
Start the void mission Oxomoco with this loki build you should have around 25 seconds of invisibility and with the energy siphon we should earn the energy we used for invisibility back before it wears off. The moment you have control of your warframe enable invisibility and keep it on for the rest of the mission. Take out the Rubico and kill an enemy with a headshot, Finally pull out the Nukor and add radiation to the enemies so they kill each other. I recommend using the Corrupted Crewman, Moa and Heavy Gunner to their fullest extent, but be sure not to kill them while they are low. Don't attempt to use this on Eximus as they seem to not be brainwashed. Once the ammount of kills is reached head to the exit. The mission will stated that it was failed but don't worry as this should still count. It may take a few minutes to pop you can also check your progress during the mission pressing start/Three lines button -> view mission progress -> (Press RT)Stats to check Total kills and Headshot kills. My strat is to use Equinox to abuse putting enemies to sleep with the Rest & Rage ability. In Night Form, it puts enemies to sleep in a standing animation. Building for range and duration helps put more enemies to sleep for longer. The Calm & Frenzy Augment Mod spreads the sleep effect to nearby enemies when killed to help put more enemies to sleep with less casts required. Adding mods for efficiency and max energy as well as Arcane Energize will help keep the ability available throughout the mission.
The only other thing needed is a high damage primary to one shot enemies. Almost any hitscan weapon will do with mods increasing crit chance, crit damage, and overall damage. Arcanes like Primary Deadhead and Arcane Rage (for your Warframe) also help to increase damage with headshots.

Way me and my partner did was with following build
Achievment Getter- Limbo/Rubico Prime/ No Companion
Helper - Limbo Prime/ No Companion (Helper starts as host)
Host Loads up game whilst the Achievment Getter Snipes one enemy with their Sniper, Once kill is taken, check mission progress it was headshot, If not quit out mission and redo steps.
After headshot, Go into Limbo and out of sight until Helper gets remaining Kills, After kill count is completed. Helper quits out of game and Achievment Getter will be promoted to host, Helper can rejoin game as both in Limbo to extraction and Achievment getter will get the 150G. Repeat steps but swap roles and both enjoy the achievment
