How to unlock the Cartographer achievement in Wargroove 2 - Definitive Guide

From the main menu, select Custom Content > Create > Map > New Map. Stick some stuff down, go to Map Editor (spanner icon, last icon on the list) and select Save & Exit

It unlocked for me when opening the "new map". I didn't have to do anything nor save & exit. Thumps up.
