Simply enough; just ensure all the Death company units are killed by Tyranids before finishing the mission.
This is also the optional objective so they meet an honourable end.
Notes:
- The achievement will not pop if 'you' kill them with air strikes etc.
- There are about 27 Tyranid units on this map so it's okay to preserve a few Death company units through to the end so they can take most of the beatings. If you run out of 'nids, just load an earlier save and Charge your Death company squads.. well to their deaths.

From the looks of it, all units should be killed during the tyranids' turn. My last Death Company squad on my first attempt was killed during my turn with a counterattack, the achievement didn't count. After that, I loaded, the squad died during the enemy's turn - the achievement was given immediately after completing an additional task (sacrifice all units of the death company).
