Answering the above in case anyone else is curious.
The max "base" item level is 380 (as of 1/12/2024). After that, via pushing the weapon to Transcendent (orange) rarity, you can apply two Tier 4 perks (adding 25 points each) and two Tier 4 blessings (adding 60 points each) for a grand total of 550.
