I was surprised to see no guide on this but considering it's a grindy achievement, it makes sense. I will sum the technique quickly:
Play "The Orthus Offensive" on Uprising --> Do the Bell Easter Egg on the Map for Hard Mode -->Defeat the Karnak Twins -->Start "The Orthus Offensive" in Private Damnation (need one person as Rank 15 for Damantion) --> Hit the Bell at start of map as team --> You'll teleport to final, go to Karnak Twins and Die
The parts I highlighted in Bold are the real bits that you keep repeating, the rest is just set-up. Now for a full explanation.
There is a recent mission called "The Orthus Offensive" that makes ranking up each class much easier. You first need to complete an easter egg on this map. A video below will show you what to do and where to find the bells (credit to I Lap The Flash)
To detail it, there are seven bells (Nurgle's sacred number!) that you see around the map. Hit them like this:
1/2/3/4/5/6/7
3/5/4/1/3/9/7
Hit 1st Bell Three Times.
Hit 2nd Bell Five Times.
Hit 3rd Bell Four Times.
Hit 4th Bell One Time.
Hit 5th Bell Three Times.
Hit 6th Bell Nine Times.
Hit 7th Bell Seven Times.
After this, go into the Boss fight and defeat the Karnak Twins (I recommend on Uprising as it makes it easier and if your team fails, you'll have to repeat the above again!).
With the Hard Mode (Damnation) now activated, get another player to start a Private Match (one more or three more for a full team, your choice) on "The Orthus Offensive" and set it to Damnation difficulty (the highest, you must be Rank 15 to start. If no one is Rank 15, start lower until someone reaches Rank 15).
From the starting point of the "The Orthus Offensive", all run forward and shoot/hit one of the starting bells. It's basically a voting system (each player needs to hit) and this will teleport you to the final area (I recommend the right bell as it gives you more specials meaning a faster death). All run into the Elevator, go down to the Karnak Twins boss fight and die. Even in death, you will all get 2655xp (around this) on a Damnation difficulty fail!
Simply keep repeating this and you'll all rank up each class far faster than playing full missions! A small example of me and a friend doing it (and me getting the 'Abhor the Mutant' achievement too!). I've added a better Youtube example to showcase the technique (again, credit to I Lap The Flash).

Me and my friend start, we each 'vote' on the bell. We're now teleported to the final area, we run for the elevator and push the button. I've no footage of the rest but no need as it's just us getting killed. We get our xp and go back to repeat. This reduces the grind massively and gives you a laugh in regards to gaining 'Trust' in failing constantly!

Is the Easter Egg still available? I have done it 5 times as stated and nothing
