in the beginning of mission 5 "The True Enemy" you get Tarkus squad, Simply kill 20 enemies with his Assault Jump ability during this and upcoming missions and this will pop during the mission.

An Assault Jump is when you use the jetpacks on a squad to 'jump' into an area. Your melee squad or Force Commander can equip jetpacks. To unlock this achievement, use your squads and jump into a group of enemies. The impact may or may not kill a handful, so rinse and repeat.
