This achievement description is a bit wrong you need to earn two extra deployment on the first mission in a day. Getting one on the first and then another on that extra deployment won't count even if that gives a third deployment the same day. Key to get this is completing the mission fast with plenty of Communications arrays in your possessions in that sector.

When your post-mission experience is calculated, there will be two arrows on the exp bar. If the amount of exp earned surpasses both bars, you will be awarded with two extra deployments for the day you are on.
