There are in total 11 types of missions available on your StarMap. StarMap can be accessed once you have lost the "Martyr" so just play story a little bit further in the beginning of the game. Once you have completed at least once every of these mission types, this achievement will unlock then. Keep in mind to get this achievement easily, don't go to higher mission levels than you're own power level.
Note I will not list that WHAT you have to do in these particular missions, you can read those introductions just before starting those missions. Also note that these mission will randomly pop out in the StarMap's different sectors and planets. You cannot MISS these if you don't want to.
The mission types are following;
Purge
Nurgle Infestation
Daemonic Incursion
Hunt
Assassination
Panic Room
Silence the Guns
Bunker Busting
Data Hunt
Rescue
Siege

I can't find a Stolen Relics mission to save my life. I've also done a Rescue and Siege to no avail. Sitting at 90%.
