How to unlock the Careful, Thorn! achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr - Definitive Guide

This is not a guide, but a warning. Not sure if the achievement simply glitched on me or not, but I did not receive this achievement when I got to this part of the DLC. I chose the Radical option. I waited for it to pop and it never did. So either the achievement glitched on me (maybe caused by Xbox Live's recent issues?) or only choosing the Puritan option works for this. Again just a word of warning.

I just did this again and chose the Puritan path and it still did not unlock. This appears glitched.

Sorry to hear it, but it unlocked for me just fine, chose the Radical option too.

I even had Neocore games create a new character for me that was ready to turn in the mission. I completed it and nothing. I am thinking it is on Microsoft's end.
