Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr

In Detail

Directives are missions you can compete for a cabal that involve donating crafting items or credits or collecting drops from specific enemies. Each week a cabal can have between 3 and 5 directives (depending on cabal level) and you must contribute to the completion of that directive to progress the achievement. The larger the Cabal, the larger the required total donation.

If you join a 'regular' cabal, even one that is focused on obtaining the achievement, it will take weeks to complete, you'll have to constantly log in to check and often directives will be completed before you get a chance to donate. You can also only reroll one per week so if the cabal is stuck with a difficult collection and members aren't active they may not even be completed that week. It also only takes one person of the 20-30 members to be selfish and complete the easier donation directives instantly meaning only one person in the Cabal will get any credit for those.

The easier solution is to create your own cabal for 100 Fate. You should have a lot of fate as you need 5000 for another achievement and fully upgrading the tech tree (required for another achievement) only costs around 1500. Just don't spend fate on loot boxes. I had around 1500 fate after the story and all DLC and the full tech tree upgrade, even without farming it.

Create the Cabal and check the directives, if it;s a donate one you can access this by pressing RT on the main screen. It will only take a few thousand credits or 20-30 crafting materials and you'll be done in seconds. If you hit a directive that requires collecting drops from enemies simply disband the Cabal and create and new one. Depending on your luck it should only take you 500-700 Fate and a few minutes to knock this out. (I only hit one collect directive in 4 Cabals so was pretty lucky).
