Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr

On the ships hub, speak with Omicron and select the Fusion option. This is where you will get this achievement. What you need though, is a pair of Relic items. These are highlighted in Orange and aren’t that common a drop, so what you will need to do to almost guarantee a drop is to play the Tarot missions just above Omicron in the hub.

Select what you want from the cards as it’s totally up to you and make sure you have at least 100 Fate points. Then run through the mission. You should get a couple of Relic items, of not make another run when you can.

Once you have what you need, go back to the Fusion screen. Then select the item you wish to boost, and then any other Relic items to fuse with it. You will lose the latter so choose wisely. Then once fused, you will unlock the achievement. You can fuse more than one item at a time so the more the better as it increases your power rating for that item.
