How to unlock the Hunter of Hunters achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr - Definitive Guide
At this time there are only two creatures that have qualified as boss’s for me.
Daemonhost - about 25% into the game, shortly after finding the forge techpriest.
Decimator - about 50% into the game, shortly around the time you find Klosterheim.
Took me three character to obtain (two for Crusader, two for Psyker, one for Assassin). I executed each one, not sure if that matters.
Hope this at least gives you hope it should work. Power level didn’t seem to apply as my assassin was low level due to speed running campaign.
All this is subject to change as this game is pretty broken at this stage IMHO.

Took me multiple characters too. FYI, the Demonhost is in the mission where you recover Uthers Tarot.

If you play ivory void crusade and take the right hand (on screen) supreme challenge there is always a Nurgle daemon host at the end to fight. This is listed as a boss and counts towards the achievement. There may also be Daemon hosts on the other two supreme challenges but i find the Nurgle beasts far easier to fight on the higher levels than Khorne or Dhrukari.

Thanks for this information. This is a nice way to get these kills instead of 2 and a half playthroughs, even if you do need to do more playthroughs for other achievements.

During the initial Martyr quest line you'll encounter 3 different bosses. In order to get all other story related Achievements you'll need to do a second playthrough to get all the morality story Achievements, so boosting this one isn't required, you'll get it during your second playthrough.
The other guides likely work but they either asked for a second play-thru or were a bit vague, so I'm offering my two cents.
I fought the first boss but there was nothing really to say "this is a boss" ... you just went into a room, had a mob swarm you, had two big "nurgle hive" things pumping out mini creatures, and then a big monster in the center chugging out bigger creatures. So, I killed him but missed my chance because I warped back to this ship after beating him.
The second time I was in a fight just like that, I did things a bit different.
In the mission "Uther’s Laboratory", just after you meet Klosterheim, you fight another boss. If you see that you're starting "Uther’s Laboratory", get ready! Go through the level (it's reasonably short), meet Klosterheim, beat the boss, collect any goodies laying around, open the chest ... AND THEN STOP. Do not warp back to the ship.
At this point you should go to the Xbox dashboard and kill the game. Yup, center-gem, scroll down to the Warhammer 40,000 Inquisitor game, hit the menu button, and select "Quit". You'll end up at the Xbox dashboard and when you restart Warhammer, you'll be back on the bridge of your ship, ready to start "Uther's Laboratory" again.
Rinse and repeat until the achievement pops and enjoy your 25GS.
