Abraxas is a Chaos Knight, a renegade combat walker of chaos. You meet him in the penultimate mission of the season 2-storyline, where you command the Crimson Wanderer again.
Just fire at him with all your walker has got and he will go down fast, at least in easy mode. ;-)
