How to unlock the The Emperor's Wrath achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr - Definitive Guide
Thanks to casa de morte's comment in the other solution about dashboarding at the end of a mission to replay it I've found probably the easiest/fastest way of doing this without having to play through a decent amount of the campaign to get to a certain mission.
Create a new character (don't worry you can have plenty you wont lose anything) and choose the same class as one you already have this will give you the option of skipping the tutorial missions, do so. Now you start on your command bridge. Spend your passive points on the top left of the movement tree if you have it unlocked for a bit more speed then go to the map and complete the campaign mission on the relay station on EASY difficulty.
Now you have a choice of three campaign missions in the Aethon system. We want to do the one on the left side called Frozen Wasteland, once selected change the difficulty to Eye of Terror. Now just run to the orange objective marker you don't have to fight anything and can easily avoid the few groups of enemies on the way. Once you get there skip the cutscene and when the option to quit the mission appears DON'T, go to dashboard and close the game instead. Now when you reload you can play the mission again and I think that about covers it.

Cannot upvote this enough. Took longer to load the stage than it did to run through it........
For reference, the classes that have the Movement tree unlocked from the beginning are:
Psyker: Scryer, Crusader: Tactical, Assassin: Sniper.... however if you've unlocked it in a previous character, it should be unlocked already.
I ran through the tutorial anyway, picked up a bunch of gear that improved movement speed when enemies were out of range, and with dual melee weapons equipped (as Assassin), I could dash forward with Y as well. Interestingly, character level is preserved (so gave my Assassin a nice level boost before I start playing as her), however Glory and Fate points are not.

Thanks for this.
Also, some more tips on playing the Sniper Assassin class:
Keep in mind that you'll gain XP and levels and the game remembers, even if you quit out. In Passives: Movement be sure to pick up Motoric Boost which is along the same path in the upper left that The Allsayer mentions. It gives a +10% to Movement Speed while not in combat, which you will not be.
If you have it, I can't recommend the Perk Stride of the Blessed highly enough. It gives +30% Movement Speed with a -10% Damage Reduction, but again, not going to be in combat, so... You will notice a difference in movement speed with this equipped.
Ultimately this may be unnecessary, but during the campaign mission played on easy (Relay Station), the game tossed me a Stealth Bodysuit. It's power, after you pull both triggers, turns you invisible as long as you have Adrenaline and are not in combat. The Captain (Store) had a couple suits when I checked.
Anyway, with all of this I could run invisible all the way to the end and still have plenty of Adrenaline and it made the run even shorter.
Hope it helps.

Since Patch 2.0 there is no Power Rating anymore. Now you unlock this achievment by completing 10 Missions on highest difficulty (Eye of Terror). This pushes each campaign mission 10 level over your own characterlevel. Its quite a challenge.
To get the achievment you need a build with high damage output, even on high difficultys. I had an "Ok" Grav Gun Crusader Build with Level 45-50 and died many times. But i got the achievment with the following strategy:
You need to play these hard campaign missions and try to punch trough. You will die many times and you need to. After your 100st death you will unlock the perk "Martyrium" (I had a Crusader, not sure if the other classes will get that perk). This perk gives your Inquisitor 10% Damage Boost and 5 % Damage Resistence with each death. It is infinitely stackable so you return stronger with each death. And in campaign Missions, you can die as often as you want.
But there are some exceptions: Missions where you need to defend something/someone (because your objective will get too much damage) and Missions which give you 3 Lives at the start of the mission (you will see 3 Skulls on your screen). In all other campaign Missions you can die infinitely, so equip that perk and kill ;=).
Another way to get some easy progression with this achievment are vehicle Missions. There are:
1 Tank Mission (Main Campaign), 1 Knight Mission (Main Campaign) and 2 Knight Missions in the Drukhari and Khorne DLC´s (One for each DLC). You are allowed to die as often as you want in vehicle Missions as well. Just fight through as good as you can. Maybe you will need a long breath for the vehicle missions...
I hope this little guide helps. I apologize for any mistakes but english is not my mother tongue :=). Good Luck and the Emperor protects.
Edit: it seems that the Vehicle Mission in the Khorne Dlc does not allow you to die as often as you want. Thanks casa de morte for the information.

It appears the Khorne DLC vehicle mission does not let you die an infinite amount. Each time I died it forced me to a retry or quit screen.

Damn really? Then I need to correct that. Thanks and I hope you get the achievment with other Story Missions.
