Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr

As the achievement description states, only melee damage is to be avoided. So choose a mission with enemies who deal damage with ranged weapons (rebel guards and such), hide behind your constructs and you shouldn't have a problem.
Avoid tyranids because they deal mostly melee damage.
Don't be afraid of fire or gas, this is not counted as melee damage.
