Currently stuck at 80% with an extra 5 missions completed now. Not sure how to fix this.
Edit: I did 2 missions which brought me to 40%. Played other characters for a bit then came back another day and did 3 missions to get back up to 60% then the next day did another to get to 80% so I assumed it had just reset progress when playing other characters.
I then did another but no pop. Continued doing one every day for 5 or so more days with no pop when I made this post. Now it is somewhere around 7 or 8 days and it finally popped so if you get this mess up in progress, just keep doing them and it seems it will eventually count.

Can be noted you don't even need to complete them. I started 2 failed both directly at start by letting myself die and once back at the hub they counted as completed.
