Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr

These are easy to find. They will appear on many levels and are small green goblin-like enemies that swarm you. Some higher level enemies will spawn them in to distract you. You could essentially farm them if you wanted, but playing for a long enough time will allow this achievement to unlock naturally.
