To change the number of Canticles you have in the game, first you need to go into the extra settings via the Customise Difficulty Button
Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page and change the number of canticles to "0"
If done right, you should see an "Achievement Available" light up next to it, this means it's enabled and will unlock once complete the game
