How to unlock the Power Ranger achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus - Definitive Guide

Choose sixth mission giver down (bottom one) which is Xerxetes. Complete its first mission and you’ll get this troop type to use, as well as the achievement. Xerxetes wasn’t available until I completed around 6 missions.
