Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader

When you get to the Freight Line for the first time, during the Become the Blood of the Ship quest, you will find two levers and a button next to a docking pay for the trains. You can use this to pick up a box to get to some loot. But there is also a worker who is standing next to another box just to the right of the one you pick up. Use the controls to pick up the box blocking the path. The move it over to the worker and drop the box on him. This will kill him. But unlocks the achievement.
