The best level to get this on is Castellum Luteus on Easy. You fight two Space Marines at the start and later on at the end, you'll fight the White Scars Chaplain boss and two additional Space Marines who back him up.
The trick is to reload checkpoint after killing the Chaplain and his two back up as it will start you again before the fight allowing you to grind out the kills needed.
