Was at 95% and can confirm Imurah needs to be marked in both missions. I marked him in the first boss fight and then again on his first appearance as an illusion in the last mission. There the cheevo popped.

Just a little bit of info, to tag an enemy you have to press UP on your D-Pad

I am stuck at 95% can't seem to find what I am missing. I did notice I scanned a hormgaunt that had red eyes and it said "hormgaunt with adrenal gland" so I assume I missed a certain flavor of Tyranid.

The Warrior 'nids are called the following:

Tyranid Warrior with Lash Whip
Tyranid Warrior with Bone Swords
Tyranid Warrior with Venom Cannon
Tyranid Warrior with Barbed Strangler
Tyranid Warrior with Devourer

And yes, there's two different versions of hormagaunts. There's the Adrenal Gland version (glowing red eyes) and then the regular version.

If you are stuck on this like I was (I got it seconds before posting this comment) I marked Imorah in the Astropathic Relay And on the final mission and both counted as separate entities. Try marking both for the achivement.

So during an operation I marked the hive tyrant and got it. I swear on my life I marked it twice before. I had PursuedWarrior tell me they also got it and had marked it prior so maybe he was glitchy day 1 for anyone else having same issue.

The names for the warriors are not correct, not sure who made them up.

Rhyolitic can you clarify the difference between those last three? Venom cannon sounds like those regular ranged enemies, either the barbed strangler or devourer is the sniper but what is the third?

The ones labelled Barbed Strangler are the ones that shoot out those pockets of thorny vines. I believe the Devourer is the one that shoots like a machine gun. And the Venom Cannon is the one that shoots like a Sniper.

If you go into Photo Mode, you can probably check out the difference in what the guns look like.

Edit - And the Cultist with LAS Cannon should be 'Cultist With Long Las' if it's talking about the sniper types, as I have not encountered a las cannon.

Imurah needs to be tagged in both physical and illusion form. Both can be done on Mission 6. You need to mark his Illusion in the graveyard or when you spot it prior to the Hellbrute.

If you're stuck on 1 left, like i was for a while, and nothing on here is working, i got it by marking the TSon Terminators that come up the ancient mine elevator right before the helbrute and the end of dawns descent. They have swords and storm bolters, which, I honestly don't remember seeing any others like that, most have swords and assault cannons I think. At any rate, i went through the campaign twice and have probably marked 400 terminators, but did not get the achievement until I scanned those specific terminators.

Ok so mines bugged in a good way I don’t know what triggers the pop up but I was on 69% on one console went home loaded up on my other console it popped up an option to load the save either from this console or the cloud I chose console and every enemy I scanned again went towards the % these were even all the basic tyranids and hormgaunts etc so if anyone knows how to reenact this, it should be a lot easier instead of searching for that 1 enemy your missing

How could this be the best solution? The names are wrong here (especially the tyranid warrior ones) not to mention that it misses some enemy types...

This achievement / Trophy is actually poorly described. According to achievement counter you need 23 differen enemy types but each Warrior counts toward achievement when 2 differen Hormagaunt types do not. On top of that you have to mark one boss, Imurah, twice despite him being the same person.

You need to aim at the enemy and press
Special attention is paid to bosses, they are unique at each level, ordinary opponents are encountered throughout the campaign.

Imurakh needs to be marked twice, at the first meeting at the communications node and as the final boss behind the redistribution. Also, don't repeat my mistake, try to mark all the bosses at once, otherwise you'll have to replay almost all the missions to the end.

If your partner tags a mob or boss, you won't get credit until the marker is removed.
