This is a story based achievement and cannot be missed.
Chapter 13 has you reaching the titan Invictus, unlocking it from the moorings, boarding it, then taking out the Orbital Spire. Of course in doing so, you must battle a bunch of your Chaotic foes.
Once you reach, unlock and board Invictus, run around to the front. Here you will have to combat two floating demon-like guys that shoot energy beams at you (which hurt quite a bit) as well as another helicopter-like guy you were introduced to prior to getting on Invictus.
What I did was to run back up the stairs where you came from. This shields you from one of the floating demon guys and part of the helicopter's flight path. Take out the first floating demon guy and stay put. Wait for the helicopter to come around the corner and blast him ... rolling away from his barrage of bullets.
Once he is toast, edge out and take out the other floating demon and then reach the objective marker. This takes you to a cutscene, you earn your achievement, and you segue into the next chapter.
