In the First chapter you gain access to the Stalker Pattern Bolter. it is like a Sniper Rifle. Aim down the sights by pressing L-Trigger and kill 100 enemies with a shot to the head.

100 headshots. Pulling 
to aim will help you, but the best weapon for this achievement will be the Stalker pattern Bolter because of the scope on it.
