In Chapter 2 just after you meet the lieutenant at the command bunker, you receive the melee fury skill. Leave the bunker and head down the stairs down the path toward the next objective.

Soon you will be facing a decent mob of Ork. Use melee fury (click LS and RS) and obliterate the Ork except for one. Quickly reload the checkpoint (attempting to do so after killing all Ork here will only start you after this mob is dead ... if this happens, there is another place to work on it soon enough). Repeat until you have the achievement.

If you were like me and killed all the Ork and couldn't reload the checkpoint prior to this mob, move further down the path until you come across a mounted heavy bolter (where you can work on

by killing all but a few and reloading as well). Instead of hopping on the mounted gun, activate your fury and kill all but a few and reload the checkpoint.

In Chapter 12 (Bastion Primus) an endless Ork horde will appear after repairing the defense turrets. Just go wild between them with the Power Axe or Chainsword. Even Ork Nobs are easily dispatched because the turrets will soften them up.
Takes about 10 minutes without reloading any checkpoints.

I had a lot of trouble with this location, because the turrets kill the Orks way too quickly. During each Fury I could only get 4 or 5 kills because the turrets would get the rest before I could. This spot would totally work EVENTUALLY, but it would take way longer than 10 minutes. I spent over 20 minutes at this spot and didn't get it, so I had to go to another map/chapter to do the achievement. But, to your credit, it is extremely easy here, albeit very slow.

In chapter 2, you'll come across your first Purity Seal, which unlocks Melee Fury (and the Fury meter in general). To fill this up, you'll need to just kill enemies. Throughout the game, you can use this when the meter is full by pressing and , then once it's popped you'll just mash the melee buttons ( and ).

A good place to farm these kills is right after you get this Melee Fury ability, and coming to the place where there's a mounted Heavy Bolter (Chapter 2, Trenches).

Fury is unlocked during Chapter 2, when you find your first Purity Seal. To gain Fury, simply damage enemies. When the Ultramarines icon in the bottom left corner of the screen is filled with gold, click both thumbsticks to enter Fury. While in Fury, you can simply mash the button, as your damage output is increased, and you will heal with every hit you make.

A few good place to work on this are near the end of Chapter 5, where you must defend an elevator from waves of Orks and in the second part of Chapter 2, after you find your Purity Seal that unlocks Fury Mode.

For the Chapter 2 method, simply go to Chapter Select under Single Player, select Act 1, Chapter 2, and the section labeled "Trenches". Play through the Chapter until you reach the Digga cutscene where Ork machines bust up through the ground into the Imperial Guard trenches, then continue around the next few corners until you see a mounted Heavy Bolter. This is the location you want, and you can rack up quite a few kills here. Once you've use your Fury meter up and finished off the Orks, reload your last checkpoint, run back around the corner, and rinse and repeat.
