How to unlock the Filthy rich achievement in Warhammer: Chaosbane - Definitive Guide

This achievment seems a bit buggy. It finally popped for me once I had 118,000 coins collected and was half way into act 3. You can speed this up by using equipment that has extra gold gain stats and by playing harder difficulties.

My assumption is maybe it doesn’t count money from quest rewards, only that picked up in the field..

This popped for me when I had about 75k, don't recall spending money other than 10k in boss rush as I've only just unlocked it into act 2
