A boon is a possible reward for completing a contract. They are like time-based buffs. Essentially, complete a contract that rewards you with a buff (such as "Increased Stagger (1h)"), collect said reward, and the achievement will pop.

Upon reaching account level 7 you will unlock access to the bounty board where you can pickup quests and contracts. Often the rewards for completing a contract will be upgrade materials or a boon. Boons give you bonuses like increased stamina or increased defense for a limited amount of time (1-2 hours typically). Once you complete and turn in a contract with a boon reward to the bounty board this Trophy will pop.
