An easy way to farm this is to scrap all your white items, by the time you should be attempting this white items should have no use to you. Then use the shrine of solace to turn all of your white dust into new white items. Scrap these newly made items and repeat. Each crafted white item costs 25 dust at the shrine and salvaging yields 15-25 dust with a solid base of 20ish white items you should be able to get the achievement before running out. If you do either start the process with greens or farm more white items.
