Travel to any dungeon, enter it, then quit via the pause menu.
As a heads up though, I was changing my party frequently and must have quit circa 20 dungeons over the course of the game and it never popped. I then formed a new party and made sure to stay with the same party members and quit 10 times in a row and it unlocked. You may have to either do back to back or use the same party members each time.
