You need a Dark Elf Sorceress and the Spell Chillwind to achieve this.
I went in to Reikland and the Bronze Sentinel mission 4 there are genrally a lot of skaven and I got 7 of them along the 2nd door.
Popped stright away after having 7 bunched up. Also found it a good place for Sunday Roast.
