Warhammer: Vermintide 2

During Old Haunts you'll come to a circular room and place a gargoyle head. After placing the first gargoyle head, additional doors will open and this is when the timer appears to start for the additional 3 heads. Here is a video of someone doing it solo with conc potions, however, additional people will of course make this easier. Can be done on any difficulty.
