This can be done on any difficulty
The following is the method my group used, there is likely better ways to do it but this worked for us
Required: Handmaiden with the invisibility level 25 talent and extended duration of potions, Ranger dwarf with the potion drop talent
The basic idea is to have your party loaded up with concentration potions, by using the gutter runner stash to spawn ~30 runners. The handmaiden drinks before entering, then is handed another so she will never run out of the effect for the whole event. Spamming dash means you can avoid all enemies and is much faster than having just a speed potion

To break it down further and illustrate what the team should be doing barrel by barrel:
1) Handmaiden handled this one alone, dashing through/past the chaos warrior who the rest of the team deal with, team gets in position to toss 2nd barrel
2) one character tosses the barrel to the handmaiden, preferably a character with stealth and a concentration potion of their own (e.g. huntsman)
3) Repeat of two, at some point in waiting for the second barrel to be tossed or shortly after delivering it, handmaiden will drink the concentration potion she was handed
If you have any other questions feel free to ask, the timing is incredibly tight so it may require a few tries, always do it on recruit

Does this pop when the door blows up? Just done this twice under 30 seconds and no achievement.
