Mission 1: Mission of Mercy
It can be done on recruit.
Start the mission and follow a linear path until you get to the courtyard covered in snow. It is right after an entrance with the pile of flies and bodies. Your objective should be 'Search Khazid Kro'. You'll see a big statue in the middle of the courtyard, location name will be Temple of Valaya. It's on the linear path leading through the mission so it's impossible not to enter that location. Move to it (I used the same side that I entered with), hold
, while holding press 
and select Sit (Ground) emote. Wait until you receive a blessing (you should see a light coming into your character). You'll get a notification that you unlocked the Blessings of Valaya challenge and shortly, the achievement.
If you made it too far (Grollo's Alley), the next objective would be Look for survivors.
