To unlock this achievement you will need to create all four potion (healing draught, concentration, strength and speed) it doesn't matter who makes it in game as it will count for the whole party as long as they are in game while the potion is brewed.
Once you make you first drop down into Concoctor's Chamber, walk up the small steps and look to your left you will find 3 tubes purple, yellow and blue. Depending on which order you trigger the valves will create a potion in the centre Brewing Table.
These are the Brewing order;
Healing Draught: Purple - Yellow - Blue
Concentration: Purple - Blue - Yellow
Strength: Yellow - Purple - Blue
Speed: Blue - Yellow - Purple
